Which address to use
Use the address where the dish will operate, even if you want the equipment delivered elsewhere. For a new build, farm or property without a conventional address, check the map pin carefully. The delivery address and service location have different jobs.
A home can have coverage but nowhere to put the dish
Network availability does not account for the tree beside your house. Before ordering, use the app’s obstruction check at a position where you could install the dish. A roof position needs its own assessment; a scan from the lawn cannot confirm it.
Check local alternatives too
Ofcom’s checker shows fixed and mobile coverage predictions. Follow up with the providers serving your address and any local fixed wireless operator. Full fibre may have arrived since you last checked, even if your existing provider has not offered it.
Send a correction if a source has changed or something needs updating.
