Start with the offer attached
For the eligible second month free, open our referral link before beginning the purchase. Keep that offer attached as you choose the address and plan. A separate retailer purchase or an existing kit transfer does not qualify. If you leave the order and return later, check that the referral offer is still present before paying.
Service address and delivery address
Use the location where you will operate the dish as the service address. If the address is unusual, check its map pin. The delivery address tells the courier where to send the kit; it does not replace the service location. Residential availability and pricing depend on where the service will be used.
Choose the plan and equipment together
Compare the kit named in each offer, whether you buy or rent it and any service commitment. A promotional hardware price can come with conditions on later changes. Read the pre-order guide for the sky check, cable route and dates to confirm before payment.
After the order
Save the confirmation and set up account access. Note the billing and return dates instead of waiting until installation day. Once the service is active, Starlink’s referral guidance says the customer credit goes towards month two. Check your upcoming bill and keep the order details if you need support.
