What the Residential tiers buy
The 100 Mbps and 200 Mbps plans cap downloads at those figures and are offered in selected areas. Max has the highest available Residential speeds and priority. A higher download cap alone will not improve Wi-Fi through a thick wall or stop a tree blocking the dish. Check the equipment too, since bundles can differ between plans.
Home use or travel?
Residential serves a home address. Roam is intended for travel, with different data and location rules. Roam 100GB includes 100GB of high-speed data, followed by lower-speed service. Choose Roam for the places you need to use it, rather than as a substitute for a home plan.
What you pay in the first year
With an eligible second-month referral credit and an unchanged monthly price, Residential service totals £440, £660 or £880 over the first 12 months.
